Wonderful pharmacy! Professional staff.
We've been loyal Red Door customers for over 5 years now. Over the last year, Ive had multiple incidences where a I request a refill and I hear nothing. Its not till I remember to call and check in because I havent heard anything do I find out there's an issue: Sonething with insurance, backorder, etc. Most recently, my doctor called in a a regular prescription. After a week, I realize I havent got a call or message on the app, so I check in. The prescription is on backorder. No problem! Im patient; it isnt an immediate need... read more
This pharmacy is one of a kind , I’m a licensed pharmacy technician myself and the owners of this place actually have a lot of respect and truly care about people compared to most bigger cooperations like cvs and Walgreens , as a licensed pharmacy technician myself I will tell you that this place actually cares about people and respects their patients !
