I should have headed the warning from all the other terrible experiences people have endured from them. I wouldn’t even know where to begin in detailing all the horrific experiences in the short time I had them contracted. Came on a Saturday when hours stated is open, had note on the door to call cell phone, Noone returned call.
Update: My new roof has patches on it where it was repaired multiple times AFTER completion. My doorknobs keep falling off throughout my home. Larry came out and fixed them once, and showed me how to fix the problem so I can fix it myself. Well, since then they have fallen off multiple times after I have fixed them. I have asked for replacements and still no response. COVID did not cause wrong ordering of materials and construction quality multiple times. General Manager runs this business like the federal government and whines when provided criticism of his work ethic. They accept no blame for their poor subpar work and will blame you as the customer (example of their comment below) Expect to be a proverbial piggy bank.
Debra was extremely helpful & walked us through thoroughly understanding the processes. Gave great advice & linked us to ppl that could help with our complicated situation.
