Beware of this home building company. I had a house built by them in 2017 and it was plagued with issues from the beginning. They used probably the cheapest materials available to build my house. I have had several issues with leaks in the roof, shingles flying away, roof repairs flash missing. Now 7 years into my house I have to replace the roof due to the quality of materials used particularly probably the cheapest shingles you can find in the market. Our contract with RDH homes was signed at the beginning of May 2016. The contract listed the completion date as December 2016. We moved in 18MAR2017 even though the "punch list" wasn't complete. Final items from that list are being addressed this week (week of 24 July 2017). In our opinion, the experiences we had with this builder and the attention to detail and craftsmanship of the contractors they employ ruined the first time home buyer experience for us.
