I had a mixed experience with Red Dog Trailer in Circleville, Ohio. I initially stopped in to discuss pricing and options for installing a Hillsboro flatbed on my truck. The pricing seemed fair, and the customer service during the sales process was friendly and helpful, so I decided to move forward. Unfortunately, the experience changed after the installation. We pulled into Red Dog Trailer on a whim and ended up finding a used AirTow trailer that we thought would be perfect for hauling our scissor lift. We had a great experience. We had called another local trailer business farther down US23 recently for a simple power cable replacement. They gave us one price over the phone, but when we pulled in later that day to purchase the cable, the price had quadrupled (I suspect they priced us rather than the product based on their reaction to our “fancy” vehicle upon arrival.) We cannot say enough good things about this team, especially Nate! When we unexpectedly found exactly what we had been looking for, Nate truly went above and beyond to help us put a deal together and get the trailer home despite being in a rental car that couldn't be used for towing. (We weren't expecting to make a purchase so we weren't prepared to tow) He was knowledgeable of the products and had connections in town to help us get in to an alternative truck to get back home.
