Jason did a very thorough job with our HVAC inspection of our heating system. Explained everything he did with pictures, changed my filters and made some minor adjustments. We were very satisfied with this customer experience!
I rep today did a good job and seemed to fix the problem. I had somebody from your company come on 2/6/26 for the same problem and he told me the system was working fine. Seems that was not the case. Shouldn't I get a credit for what happed on 2/6? Let me know.
He was very polite and professional, and cleaned up his work area just fine.
