On Saturday at 4:30 pm our toilets stopped flushing. I called Red Dirt Septic for the first time not knowing what to expect but was so pleasantly surprised. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and reassuring that they could get someone out to our house to see what was going on. He did a great job. We have used Red Dirt now for 13 years and they have always done a great job.
Over this past weekend, we had a septic system failure not once but twice and the on call service tech Tydon did an outstanding job taken care of us with prompt service and expeditious install of the necessary repair/replacement parts. We could not be any happier with the service received.
