Had appointment scheduled to pump system to avoid backup (they said it was urgent) Jamie calls me to tell me they need pay.ent at time of service and asks for a card. I giver my card number and then she tells me....they aren't coming to pump my system at the scheduled time. They had someone call with a back-up. Now 1st if your not coming then why did you call so early for the card if payment isn't due until time of service. 2nd, you techs said my system needed to be pumped urgently and immediately to avoid a back-up. The 2 men were very professional & courteous also did a very good job
Three years ago they handled our new system installation. We have also had them service the equipment on a regular schedule. When we have needed a service call they are quick to answer the phones (live person) and get a tech out asap. Always professional and friendly. Highly recommend them.
