Amazing customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure my trailer was taken care of when my slide malfunctioned. I've dealt with quite a bit of rv repair and out of all the places in at least 6 states I've had work done, red dirt is highest in quality and trust. How you never need a repair but if you do, make them your first choice.
Replaced my toilet fill valve. Really nice guy. Completed the work very quickly. Price a bit high. But he got the rv fixed, and made my life a bit easier. He came out on a Saturday. I would definitely use him again.
I called 2 weeks ago and This is such poor customer service. He could have said up front if it were something he didn't wish to do.my rig had taken in some water.so 1st he schedules me 2 weeks out & then was a no call no show! I bought this rv when my husband died from Cancer & it means a great deal to me. I am just super disappointed that even after explaining that he still stood me up.
