AMAZING SERVICE!!! Alex called me back like 5 minutes after I sent in an inquiry told him about my problem with my AC told him I’ve already been stood up by to other HVAC companies and he told me that he would come and take a look at my system after hours. He sent me his eta an hour and 30 minutes before and he was even a bit early. tldr: On time. Professional. Personable. Thorough. The temperature went up fast here in St George this year, reaching the 90s in mid-March! As it warmed up inside, our AC unit kicked on, and I heard it running hard. At some point I noticed that no air was coming from the vents. Odd. My grandma had her hip replaced and her furnace went out alex came same night and had her fixed up and heating again . Great customer service I would recommend red dirt to anyone !!

I had just moved into a rental where the gas service had not been on for months. Alex came out within a couple hours of initial contact. He turned the gas on, checked my furnace and water heater and made sure everything was working properly. Alex was very professional, personable and respectful.
