Had to spend 10 to wash down and 7 to start. I don't want to clean the tubs before I put my dog in a tob like this. Nasty and disgusting.

The machine says $3.50. I used a card because I only had $3 in quarters. My card was charged $11. The machine did not turn off automatically. This was my first time here, but I would be hesitant to return or recommend based on my experience. I have never been to a wash that charges this way. I was expecting to be charged $3.50 not $11

Second time coming here to use the dog wash, and once again there was no shampoo available. I ended up paying $15 essentially for a “wet dog” rinse, which defeats the entire purpose of a dog wash. What’s even more frustrating is that there’s no phone number or clear way to contact anyone about the issue. If customers are expected to pay for a service, the equipment should at least be stocked and functional.
