I would put zero stars but 1 was as low as I could go. Communication is key and the crew in charge of my job was severely lacking in it. No one showed up the day that work was supposed to start, a roofing crew accidentally came to my address and starting tearing off shingles when they were supposed to go somewhere else, the crew lead had to be informed several times that quarter round was not completed like he thought, and after the work was finally complete one of my showers wasn’t working properly. Great company! Best group of people! Very attentive to detail.
We chose this general contractor for our renovation project, and they delivered exceptional results. The team was organized, punctual, and paid close attention to detail. Communication was clear throughout, and they kept the project on schedule. The craftsmanship was impressive, and the final outcome exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
Overall work was ok but we were quoted couple weeks and it was almost 2 months before they finally completed. We always had to reach out and see what was going to happen next and who would be at the house, there were days when I would get told somebody was gonna show up at the house and then nobody would ever come, vice versa.
