I had them come out for an estimate 3 months ago. They were supposed to send it in to my insurance for storm damage. The estimator had sent it in to my insurance but my insurance has never received it. I have gotten special instructions from my insurance.And where to send the quote. I relayed those instructions and sent them over an email to the estimator. Bree came in and inherited a big mess and put it back together for me! The time frame was going to be a lot, but red Diamond kept people at it and kept people working and I knew they would be great. I had a very picky punchlist and Bree followed that punch list down to the last detail. She was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend Red Diamond, especially after a project like ours.
