I had a site visit and never had a follow up for an estimate. I messaged for 4 weeks and was told I would have an estimate but never got what I needed. Waste of time.
UPDATE: Finally received an estimate after 18 weeks! I've increased my rating for at least following through, since it was emailed to me (albeit only after my initial review) but still without follow-up. After the initial visit, I received no follow-up for over a month. I initiated contact and was promised an estimate within two weeks. Several weeks passed with no word. I would put zero stars but 1 was as low as I could go. Communication is key and the crew in charge of my job was severely lacking in it. No one showed up the day that work was supposed to start, a roofing crew accidentally came to my address and starting tearing off shingles when they were supposed to go somewhere else, the crew lead had to be informed several times that quarter round was not completed like he thought, and after the work was finally complete one of my showers wasn’t working properly.
