A malfunctioning elevator, the only one servicing the second floor area of Lucky Strike Bowling, Stand-up Live, and Copper Blues, trapped me and four other ladies in it for over 40 minutes. We made several calls to the elevator company only to be told the technician was on the freeway and it would be at least 20 more minutes before his arrival.
