We just had all the windows and doors in our home replaced and the service of the staff and the quality of the windows and doors was exceptional. We have a deck on the back that made it a challenge for the guys to get the windows and deck door in and they figured out how to get around the issue and never complained. Do not throw your money away. RDWD will use unqualified installers and claim no fault when things begin to fail. RDWD install windows, doors and siding a decade ago. Soon after there were issue with leaking below a new window. Turns out the incorrect flashing was used, too short, but some how this was not deemed warranty? Wrong product used and installed by them but did not want to stand behind their work. And now years later, the siding is falling off the house. We were disappointed with our window instillation and lack of follow up to have screens repaired. The crew that came were very friendly but seemed extremely rushed. After they left I found dirt from the instillation in all the vents under the new windows and dirt and nails on the floor in one bedroom. The paint along the trim on the outside was spotty with drips of paint. The screens have gaps in them and were bent allowing bugs to enter our house when the windows are open. Poor installation. Damaged my vinyl siding on a door install and had to get them to return to fix issues again. Plus, it took almost 3 months to finally get it done. I would not recommend this company; RDWD.
What a lovely couple of gentlemen I met yesterday. I was at my storage unit and was having a tough day. My battery died and they helped me with out hesitation or question. They young fellow also taught me how to boost with a dewalt battery!. If you're seeking honest and just good and helpful people, call these guys. 10 Stars! Thanks you gentlemen. You made my day!
