What a lovely couple of gentlemen I met yesterday. I was at my storage unit and was having a tough day. My battery died and they helped me with out hesitation or question. We recently had our vinyl plan flooring done. We are extremely happy with the results. The team was friendly professional, and worked quickly while keeping everything clean and tidy everything looks amazing and we’re already noticing a difference. We were disappointed with our window instillation and lack of follow up to have screens repaired. The crew that came were very friendly but seemed extremely rushed. After they left I found dirt from the instillation in all the vents under the new windows and dirt and nails on the floor in one bedroom. The paint along the trim on the outside was spotty with drips of paint. The screens have gaps in them and were bent allowing bugs to enter our house when the windows are open. Updated Review: We have now had our windows for about 5 years. There is something wrong with at least half of the windows we have had installed: Pieces are broken, they dont shut right. We even had them come back to replace our door window and when they did they scratched up and destroyed the frame in the door. I expected to not have problems with these windows dor a few years considering we spent almost $30k on them. We are disappointed.
