Great experience overall! The sales associate Sergii was excellent. He knew is products well. He gave us good options regarding where triple pane may be useful and recommended against triple pane in the room with our wood fireplace. Respectful of costs. Installers were excellent as well: Artem, Taras, Volodya, Valerii, Borys & Iwor are highly recommended.
We recently replaced all of our windows and two sets of garden doors in our 1979 home. The wood windows were original, leaking, on the verge of dry rot. After doing a lot of comparison shopping we decided to replace them all with LUX installed by Red Deer Windows and Doors. There were no high pressure sales pitches, and they made sure the windows were what we wanted. When Pavlo and Nick showed up to start work last week, I was immediately impressed.
