We reached out on the recommendation of a friend, and are glad we did. From start to finish, we found the process smooth and professional. Very much appreciated their patience when it came to installation day, as we had to postpone twice due to family issues. Don and crew did a fantastic job on installation day, and managed to install all 11 windows and 2 door inserts in one long day, rather than 2 days as originally scheduled.
