We are always so pleased with the care provided to our pets. They are always comfortable and happy to come in. The new vet that has taken over Dr. Ziegler and all the staff, but specifically Paige, as we have had her help on several occasions, go above and beyond to provide the best care and compassion for us and our animals. We will always be back!
I enjoy coming here because Dr Rick is very educated and knowledgeable, always gives the best advice and takes care of my boy. Now saying that unfortunately yesterday we had an appointment. I did not have Dr Rick was not informed of this, instead i got 2 girls whom left me in that waiting room so long. My dog was visibly distressed and I was only informed for 1 shot left paying for 3 I felt like I was not there for a check up rather then a bank deposit. I learned the hard way. I think it's the way some of the reception staff go about things. The vibe from them plus how the one shows no smiles or want to be there and how she went about how I have to get the exam first before getting the dewormer but how she said it made me want to go to a different vet just by how she acted towards me. They are always great with my cats. And so compassionate when I had to put my 1 kitty down. They made it such a smooth process and let me take all the time I needed in the room with her.
Today , We took our cat to Dr Rick and he’s very honest told us our cat’s condition was very bad and he sincerely told us that very small chance for him to survive. We really appreciated his professionalism and kindness not letting us to waste some money for nothing. God bless you more Dr Rick and the Entire Red deer Vet Clinic.
