Took my car here for an oil change they charged me 3 hrs at 70.00 to do the oil change ontop of the stuff it takes to do the oil change costing 470.00!! Do not take your vehicle here for service work like oilchanges as they take 3 hrs to drain oil and remove filter and top it back up with oil and charge you. NO OIL CHANGE TAKES 3 HRS AND NO. ONE CHARGES HRLY FOR OILCHANGES ANYWHERE ELSE. The car was also in for warranty inspections ontop of the oil change warranty inspections are free!!! FREE!!

I wanted to share my experience here. I was helped by Tony, and he was incredible. He helped me find exactly what I needed and didn't try to upsell me! I ended up choosing a 2023 Chevy trailblazer as per his recommendation and im extremely happy with it! He made the process smooth and wasn't pushy at all. He even told me to go check out other dealerships before making up my mind! The manager Ryan even came by to say hi and help us out with details.
One Star - Absolute Nightmare! Seriously, steer clear of Red Deer Toyota. Our experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. We went in hoping to pay off a lien and buy a vehicle, but the staff acted like we were wasting their time. They were zero help with the lien process, and their attitude was unbelievably rude and condescending. It felt like they were doing us a favor just by acknowledging us. I recently purchased my Toyota from Red Deer Toyota after dealing with another dealership, and right from the start the experience was excellent. The sales staff, managers, finance team—everyone I interacted with—was extremely helpful and professional. This review is in no way a reflection of their service, which has been nothing short of amazing.
