Purchased a van with Nissan red deer for 22k+. We tried to reach out multiple times over the course of a year as they did a service before picking up the van and the park assist and rear bumper sensor no longer worked. They refuse to call back to fix their error. Getting the van serviced by a private mechanic he made us aware they replaced the back bumper with the wrong model that does not have the port to allow the park assist to function properly.
Went in for vehicle service. They were on time, very fast and efficient. Very impressed.
Less stars if I could. I called, and it rang and rang forever. I finally hung up without talking to anyone.
The gentleman helping me was awesome. Great service!! Did a good job washing my vehicle and cleaning inside.
