Mitsubishi in red deer is the best dealership I have been too! They are very patient and co-operative, very nice and respectful people! I definitely recommend Manny Grewal in finance and Lathan in sales. Very amazing people to work with.

I did service 3 times there, the first one was fine but in second and third service I got disappointed from them. After complaining they love to do arguments rather than satisfying. Please don’t use this dealership for service at all. They change the service charges by their will. Kyla at reception, perfect person in service department I only can feel. In Feb 2026 My dad purchased a 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander that was offered at $43,000. After adding extras and warranties, the total cost came to approximately $65,000. He was charged $5,000 for a winter package that included a block heater (already installed), floor mats, and 20 locking lug nuts, NO TIRES OR ANYTHING ELSE. He was also sold an extended warranty for $5,000–$6,000, even though it does not meaningfully extend beyond the original manufacturer’s warranty. My mitsubishi speedometer is out by 5 km per hour. The dealer tells me that Mitsubishi knows this and is common problem but they will not fix this. Tough luck customer. If you are reading this post and considering buying one you should be aware that bumper to bumper warranty does not cover bumper to bumper issues.. I would welcome a discussion with Mitsubishi but I am told I have norecourse!
