The front desk staff was very accommodating when I needed to get in on short notice to go on a road trip. Quotes came in under everywhere else I checked. Service was done right in a timely manner. Will def be recommending to all my friends and family.
Not sure how their rating is a 4.7 more like a 1.0 Not a very good experience with them, took our jeep in as the coolant kept disappearing. For them to charge me 130 to do tests and tell me it was just a bubble due to the radiator look like it had been replaced. It did it again, took it back and they determined it was a worn out reservoir cap. Charged me 50 bucks for that. Problem continued. They got my truck in last minute and got repairs done within a day and got me back on the road. They were honest about repairs (which I knew about prior to bringing it. But did not tell them.) I received an honest evaluation of the vehicle with no extra unnecessary repairs added on. I would recommend Red Deer mechanics to my family and friends.
