They charged my insurance an extra $350 without telling me there were going to be extra costs. I addressed the issue and they just stopped responding. I only found out by looking at my insurance company app and no longer have enough coverage left to finish the dental work planned for the year.
Everyone is so friendly. I have anxiety when it comes to dental care but I was made very comfortable and every step was explained before and as my appointment progressed. 10/10 for me.
