Nice products but deplorable customer service! It’s all good till something goes wrong with your project & then no one in this company wants to take responsibility. They’ve lost us as customers! But they don’t care about that. Plus they no longer offer air miles.
Kevin Windebank responded promptly to our request for a main floor replacement estimate. Many options and samples were provided and his expertise was invaluable. Flooring booked and Grant and Blaine Hopkins did the flooring removal and install. They did excellent work. Were courteous and prompt at all times. A pleasure working with them! Extremely pleased overall with Carpet One!
I can’t say enough good things about my recent experience with Carpet One. I dealt with Andrew Mackay in the store. He had everything prepared for my appointment. He was on time, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. He continued to keep me informed on the availability of my flooring (2 different types) and on the installation date. Your one stop shop for your new home or updating your home. Pat helped with this particular project and was fantastic I had no clue what I was wanting, not even a color to start, but I knew what I didn't like. Pat listened to what I didn't like and found me the perfect tiles, quartz, and flooring! I'm super stoked to see the end project!
