Kristine Schumacher was our interior designer/customer rep . We wanted to match existing flooring in our home and she was able to locate and order matching product and delivered it on time and at an excellent price. Carpet one was so great to work with for our backsplash in our kitchen! Easy to order, helpful staff, and amazing work done by Joe! He was so pleasant, very professional and did a wonderful seamless job! We are so happy with how it turned out!
Carpet One came and did our bedroom and hallway a year ago and the work was really good and the guys were very professional. Since the experience was good we used Carpet One to floor our bathroom to ensure water damage wasn't going to be an issue. Unfortunately, we did have some issues with the install. An access panel for our spigot valve was floored over, and the toilet flange was made to fit flush with the floor instead of on top of the finished floor even though the flange was not attached.
