Angela and Jeremy, and the manager are fantastic! We had our house custom built 5 years ago, and had upgraded vinyl plank flooring put throughout on the main and upper level, but the joints kept seperating in the kitchen and livingroom, and by the 5th year the edges were starting to flare and break off the top finish. Couldn’t be happier with the entire process! Starting with Andrew and his patience in helping me in picking the right flooring to the install. Next Grant and his install team were fantastic start to finish, professional and very tidy. Grant answered all my questions and helped us bring our vision to life. End result is beautiful with photos to follow :) Way to go Carpet One team!
Came thier today wasn't approached or treated by any staff.. 1 girl was in the phine with a customer.. the other girl was on her personal phone.. we were thier for almost 15 mins and got nothing... thier were other workers. What looked to be taking down a xmas display.. as we walked out nothing was said. Not even have a good day.. very disappointing
