I always have a good experience when coming to Acura for service maintenance on my RDX. Sherry and the Service team are awesome. I did recently have a negative experience I wanted to share with Sherry, she was very personable, did not make me feel rushed , listened to my concern, but mostly she was genuine and empathetic to the situation.
