Called and received a quote, told him I would call right back. I called 3 different times after that and he sent me to voicemail. Very unprofessional and disappointing to have that from this company. If you can get your car to a shop or find a different mobile service then do that.
Travis showed up right on time, well, not an easy job.But he persevered and finished, the problem with my vehicle and I'm back on the road again! Give these guys a call, save you a trip to the repair shop and pricing is comparable! Will B using these guys in the future? And my friends also!
Travis the owner of the “business” clearly knows nothing about mechanics. When he was diagnosing our vehicle for a cv axle issue he didn’t bother removing the tires. Also, he put the front of the car on jack stands and then proceeded to drive it off. This was after he was informed of it being an AWD. Then when it came time for his final diagnosis, he said “I’m going to guess it’s a cv axle.” The entire time both me and my mom were questioning if he was an actual mechanic. I was very pleased with Travis‘s work. I had replaced my ECU with one from eBay on my 2004 Acura, and now my engine would not start because of the immobilizer Function, and then everyone telling me it can’t be fixed without going to the dealer. Travis showed up on time next day and reprogram my swapped ECU, and to my surprise engine started right up. Made my day!
In reading through this company’s Google reviews I noticed they ONLY respond to positive feedback, which is extremely concerning. The criticisms expressed in all the negative reviews paint a clear picture how the company has historically handled it’s “unhappy” customers, choosing to ignore or “ghost” them completely or incessantly berate them.
