I was just trying to call and see if i would be able to find someone who could come to the house and check out the car since it’s not running. My dads a mechanic for over 30 years himself but doesn’t live close by (I obviously take his advice first and he said the engine should not be turned on because it will damage it more) so I gave them a call and was told I have an attitude problem because I said a mechanic should be able to know what’s wrong with the car by looking at it without his little computer reader. Came out, repaired my car with little hassle, clean, professional, and respectful, cost me less than a tow, and the replacement parts were superior to the original. Overall superior value to a shop if you need towed.

Avoid this company. Travis came out and did a diagnostic check on my car, that wasn’t starting. He said it was two bad sensors. We mentioned that we thought it was the fuel pump. He said he trusts his computer and that the problem was the sensors. We got the run around from him and staff about when they would be out to replace sensors, they kept putting blame on Akins Dodge for delays in the part arriving. He finally came out and replaced the sensors, car still didn’t work. Gave him a new fuel pump and asked him to put it on... read more
