I love Red Crown! I've had a great experience at all of their branches but Susan at the Claremore branch stands out. She is kind, helpful and responsive. I've never experienced anything less than amazing service here.
Staff is always friendly and accommodating.
One of the best locations around here! I love that they have great music playing when I walk in, a big tv on the wall, a modern sofa, and modern desks for the tellers. The only thing they don't have is a drive-thru ATM for anyone that would rather use an ATM from their car, whether the credit union is open or closed. You have to walk to the ATM, but at least it is outside, on the sidewalk.
Love that we finally have a red crown here, Love the building haven't been inside but always get prompt service at the drive up picture window. Thats a first for me but I dont mind.
