was served by a lovely tall person when i went into the store. they were very knowledgeable and had a good eye
Smaller than some of the others on Bay St, but very clean, very professional, very helpful staff. Music is good. The twink they had in was very helpful and friendly, good for reaching tall shelves
Visited this store while staying in Melbourne and the shop assistant and manager were very helpful, they were able to find me some very nice warm items for the cold weather. Prices were super reasonable too! Will definitely be coming back when I’m in the area again.
An Op shop doing it different, gone are the days of moth balls and british rose. This store is bright clean and modern, definitely the best on Bay.
Was in on Saturday and tried to purchase a vinyl record, which was damaged. We informed the customer service officer that we were still interested only at a reduced price. The CSO was not interested at all. So the Red Cross would rather lose income than make a sale on a damaged good that you received free.
