I regularly shop at DY Red Cross and have always found it to be a beautiful and welcoming store with excellent customer service, a great selection of items, and very competitive prices. I have had many positive interactions with the Store Manager and the team. I feel that the comment made by Jill is quite personal and harsh, given the circumstances surrounding the ongoing issue of people dumping items outside the store after hours. I use to shop at Red Cross Dee why op shop regularly, but unfortunately recently there has been a large amount of unwanted items leave outside the shop It is NOT a presentable look for a shop frontage, this matter should be attended to by the store manager as it is a total disgrace seeing this rubbish left lying outside. Hopefully Red Cross Head Office will attend to this problem. In my opinion this op shop isn't worth a visit

Nice little shop tucked away here in Deewhy. Staff are nice, prices holy moly can be over the top but don't forget it goes towards charity (hmm okay) If you want to do some window shopping here's the place. Just one big organization. No Cheers for you
