Archaic billing system - I had to fill out banking information on a paper form and mail to the pharmacy for new billing purposes?!! Weeks after mailing said form, the accounts management still do not have the information. What is this, the 1980's?! Upgrade your website and come into the 21st century! I have REPEATEDLY requested, by phone, copies of monthly bills to be emailed and/or snail mailed, and still have received nothing. If you can avoid this pharmacy for your loved ones medications - please do so.
They do a reasonable job with meds but the low review is for antiquated payment methods. You literally can only get a paper bill and send a check. They need to step into our century.
