I've been coming here to restart my platelet donations. I used to come here before covid. I've been here two times this year and have had great experiences. My appointments are early, soon after they open at 7am. There's usually no one else so even if I arrive early, they take me in right away. I've had Michelle, Manuel, and Kate do the mini check up to setting me up for the donations. They all have been friendly and welcoming. They do make me feel appreciated for being a donor.
A very friendly staff that know me by name.
