My family of six adults vacationed for four nights at Red Cottages 'Highball House' in February 2023. Great home! A bit closer to the road than we originally expected, but it didn't matter. The area is very quiet and there is plenty of yard space/greenery around. Great distance to local errands/attractions (without being too close) for those who are looking to lay some what low for your stay. This upstate gem was such a haven for me and my group of friends. We went for a 'spiritual' getaway of sorts, with lots of yoga, meditation and hiking, and this lovely house and property were just perfect! We are already discussing when we can go back - I highly recommend this serene space. Also - the owners are VERY responsive, even when we had the smallest of questions before and during our stay.
We had a lovely stay at the Red Cottage Phoebe’s Nest location! The log cabin was cozy and warm and the window benches in the kitchen were our favorite part. They also allowed us to check out late which was so appreciated—it really made such a difference in our stay!
