John Cedeno was very professional. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, gave easy to understand recommendations, and was generally just a very pleasant person. Will absolutely hire his company again next time we need HVAC work done.

I had an emergency situation with my heating system right on Christmas Eve. The temperature was dropping and I desperately needed help. I called several companies, but none of them responded. James came right away and patched the system so it worked until he got the replacement parts and was able to fix it. A few days later he came again and finished the repair. James provided great, reasonably priced services. I already invited him for my next project and recommend to everyone.
James is AMAZING! Came home with two little ones to no heat on a 37 degree night! James was finishing a job 45 mins away but offered to video chat and helped walk us through relighting the furnace! Highly recommend Red Company for any heating or electrical needs!
This place deserves nothing but five stars. Called the owner asked if he could take a look at a unit that was in need of service. Owner quickly put me in their schedule, came out took a look at the unit, and serviced me within 24 hours or less I’d say. Wouldn’t wanna do HVAC with anyone else moving forward! Great guy, honest, modest, & hard working! Keep up the good work RED Company!
