Dr. Elizabeth Knuff did an amazing job on 4 fillings for me today. She made sure I was numb enough, was very thorough with her work, complimented and reassured me as well. I enjoyed listening to the music the office had playing too. The reception staff was very helpful and kind. One of my best dental experiences, which is rare for me to say! Thank you MCH Dental Care.
I had an absolutely wonderful appointment today! I needed a filling and to have my mouth guard scan done. The dentist, I forgot her name, was fantastic! She noticed I was anxious about getting a tooth filling and she asked me to tell her what is causing the anxiety. So she turned on some music, told me everything she was doing beforehand. She made me feel so comfortable and my anxiety went away for the most part. Not to mention, she was so friendly and did a wonderful job on my filling! I recently joined this practice after being less and less happy with my prior practice. At RCD I saw a Dr. White and liked him very much. I have a lot of complicated dental issues, he listened, did a thorough assessment and together we made a plan. I made a second appointment to get the "plan" started. Within days of that appointment I got a phone call fro RCD saying the appointment was canceled because "we have no dentists". Had extractions was very anxious about the procedure. Dr. Anderson and Allison her assistant were AMAZING. Took her time and was patient and kind, let me know what she’s was doing every step of the way and put me at ease which was a godsend. I’m one day post extractions and have zero pain. Highly recommend this practice, glad I found them.
They are never on time for appointments. Always at least a half hour behind. However if you are running late you have to reschedule. Very aggravating
