When looking into a skilled nursing facility for my mother in law, we immediately felt a feeling of peace and care when we walked into Red Cliffs Health and Rehab. Kyli and Jeff were wonderful to work with, and the entire staff was welcoming, approachable and very empathetic during the transition time. It’s taken me a while to write this review. My mother was in their facility for 2 years. She passed away 2 weeks ago. The treatment she was received was not good. Wounds were un cared for bandages were left unchanged call lights were not answered within a timely manner, a minimum of a half an hour before she received a response. My mom was 91 years old. I witnessed them, put her in the Hoyer to lift her. They did not place her in it correctly. She received two huge bruises one on each shoulder. They were supposed to feed her... read more

I love collaborating and working with Red Cliffs. I also work in the medical community, and am so grateful for Kyli and Jeff for being super responsive and fast to help those in need to be admitted.
