Indifference and Isolation. My father entered here in Late July 2025. He chose State Guardianship under delusional Paranoia from Parkinson's Disease. I contacted the social worker Kelsey there. She told me all his belongings had arrived with him. Then she ignored my calls for the following months. Everyone I could contact had an answering machine. Nursing homes tend to get a bad rap. I am a power of attorney for a lady who had been in Red Cliffs for over 60 days. Physical therapy has been wonderful and she has enjoyed the staff. Nursing and CNA's are great. Most of these facilities high a high patient load. Give them a break. Thank you to the Director of Nursing, Taylor in admissions, and Kelsie from Social Services. THE dietician is responsive and kind. House keeping keeps this facility clean. Thank you to all of you that keeps this facility ticking.
