I booked an appointment for my wife at this office. Before the visit, she clearly told the staff that she planned to buy eyeglasses online, not through the practice. The office knew this in advance. They completed the eye exam and charged $143, but did not measure her pupillary distance (PD), which is required to order glasses. After having a bad experience at another eye center I was very happy with the experience here. I actually felt heard and we found a good solution to my struggles right away. I highly recommend red cliffs eye center for your eye needs. Caring, patient and actually solve your issues.
I scratched my eye at work and they got me in right away. They were kind and timely. I wasn't rushed to get out, but was seen and treated swiftly. Highly recommend.
