My childs small school attended red clay resort for the day. It was so much fun! I was also very pleased with the cleanliness of the whole resort, including the restrooms and changing areas. We will definitely be visiting again.
It was a great experience and a really fun place to take your family. The water is from a naturally fed spring there is plenty of places to spread out and not feel crowded by other guests. You can bring your own cooler which is $3 and it cost $8 per person during the weekdays and $9 per person on weekends. If you decide to eat from the food vendor they have things like cheeseburgers, hot dogs, nachos, and pizza. All of the food items were pretty reasonably priced. Also they have very clean bathrooms and changing rooms.
Such a peaceful and amazing experience!!! My family had a wonderful time and will absolutely be back. Great parking, pricing, staff and safety. 10/10 would recommend. No issues or complaints.
We love Red Clay Resort! The water is COLD, refreshing and beautiful. You can rent floats that are so fun, especially the two person floats. They have concessions on site with typical concession stand food. A bit pricey but what’s not now days?! They have bathrooms, changing rooms, grills, picnic tables, covered pavilions, diving platform and more. Their website has clear directions, rules and pricing. You can have an after-hours party there as well. We have done that a few times in the past and it’s always a great time! If ... read more
My family and I stopped by here yesterday. The owner works the front desk computer. Everyone complaining about fees should look up the history of the place. It’s a beautiful story. Great place! Yes, the card fee is $1.00, yes she charges for the use of their rental floats from $5-10 for the tubes, and they charge for coolers too. It’s $8 per person to get in. There were a few people with personal floats. There’s a cute concession stand that has corn dogs, candy, snow balls, drinks, burgers etc and it’s all good! It’s not ... read more
