I wish I could put a ZERO. I pre ordered at 7p coming from a long travel and had an estimated order to be ready for 20 mins (720 est). I showed up for my order at 726p and they did not have my order ready. I didn’t receive my order until 810PM!! I spoke with Taylor the manager and she gave me nothing but a sorry and stated “that’s just how we do things here”.
