Small business owners are forced to give up their entire lives and incomes because of people like you. Corporate greed is reality, and you are a realty company, but that doesn’t make it right. Just received access to my unit on Thursday, but they’re forcing me to move everything by today. I deserve to be treated like at least a normal tenant. So anyone looking for a realty company to do business with, should look elsewhere.
Simply put, Rick and his team at Red Chair are the best. We had a great experience both buying and listing. His team went above and beyond many times. Great knowledge of the area, as well as all the factors that affect the Denver metro housing market. He provided excellent strategic advice in preparing our house for sale, and is great in evaluating potential purchases. I really can't say enough about the integrity and quality of his operation. I will recommend them to anyone!
Rick Flanagan is a top notch real estate agent. He ensures that all the details of a successful transaction are covered and has a superb staff to assist in everyway. Terrible managment!!!!! I never had a issue with my property until red chair took over Since taking over the property they are constantly Belittling me with rude and disrespectful comments. Feels the need to text me and stress me out weekly about irrelevent details I feel this management company doesn't like me personally so they are doing everything in thier power to make me leave my rental. I have don't nothing wrong yet they treat me like criminal!! If I could give 0 star I would
