Honestly, she’s a big eater of damage deposits. It was terrible renting with this company. She will find any reason to eat your damage deposit.
We rented a place for. 4 years. In those 4 years. Repairs were not done from damage of previous tenants. The grates in the oven kept falling out of tracks . Their fix was to cut them and solder in extensions to the point of they would not slide. the drawer fronts fell off. Which was reported. But never repaired. Painting was never done and charged to us. They also charge 120. For a 15.00 garage door opener remote. This was a 5 year old home.
Nightmare of a landlord. Be prepared for email notices every other day of things you have to do (or else), employees entering the property without notice, and just general unprofessionalism. If you want a prison and not a home, Red Chair is for you.
**Warning** Do not rent from them! Read the reviews. Even if things go okay while renting, things become a disaster when moving out and trying to get damage deposit back. Unethical business and abusive owner.
i just recently moved out of my suite and am very pleased with my experience and interactions with the company. Alysha took the time to go over the whole move out process and gave plenty of knowledge as it has been my first renting experience. i would like to add that their maintenance team has quickly assisted me when necessary. Back in winter our furnace had an issue with the motor. During Christmas their team came by and resolved everything efficiently!
