Unfortunately, our experience since then has been disappointing due to significant post-closing issues and delays in resolution. I’ve been waiting nearly a year for promised repairs, despite multiple managers reaching out, yet nothing has been resolved. Purchase Process: The sales consultant was slow to respond and made a lot of mistakes in the contracting process. Make sure you have your own real estate agent (I did) when buying from them. Home Walk through: This was the only good part of the process. The construction manager was knowledgeable. I got my own independent home inspection and you should too.
