Our neighborhood has been very disappointed with Red Cedar’s management. There is little to no communication when work is being performed, and projects are consistently delayed without updates. For homes valued at over half a million dollars, this type of management is unacceptable. Homeowners deserve transparency, timeliness, and accountability, but Red Cedar has failed to deliver on these basic expectations.
We can’t recommend Red Cedar homes enough! This entire process was incredible and we absolutely love our new home. Rachel, Jake, and the entire team have been so helpful and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. We are so thankful to have gone through Red Cedar for our first home.
Allison was great to work with! She has stellar communication which is a must in this business.
The team was easy to work with from start to finish. Eight months in, we still love the home. We have found few issues with settling or concerns with craftsmanship.
UPDATE: I was contacted shortly after posting this by the VP of sales. I will edit the rating as things progress. Second Update: we had our one year walkthrough on April 17th. No one has come out to do the repairs and our emails have gone unanswered for a few weeks now asking about when it will be scheduled. I’m attaching photos of our emails showing the dates as well.
