If I could give them zero I would. We were referred here by my daughters doc for tubes. Because she has had 8 ear infections and 1 ruptured ear drum in 6 month period. 1st- the front desk staff were rude. 2nd- the doctor we had said no tubes since her eardrum looks good and hearing test was fine. To which I asked if 8 ear infections in 6 months was healthy and to be on antibiotics all the time? HE then became somewhat rude to me. Dr. Radgens was amazing. My son’s adenotonsillectomy went very smooth. We couldn’t have been happier with the care and treatment we received from Dr. Radgens and the staff. I highly recommend this practice to others.
