We had the great pleasure of eating at Red Cedar Bistro tonight. We were drawn in by the farm to table concept and their use of local ingredients. Wow! What a great meal we had. They were also great about accommodating our different dietary needs. I kept thinking about the lamb burger for the rest of the night. Thank you for a wonderful meal. We'll be back! ❤️
Been wanting to try this place for a while, so we popped in for our anniversary. Service was great, all of the staff were very attentive and genuinely friendly. Both our entrees were delicious. My wife's filet was cooked to perfection and the price for a filet was very reasonable. They gave us a champagne toast on the house for our anniversary! We will definitely be back!
Stopped by after a day at RMNP. Zoey was our wonderful, sweet server, providing us with the background on the restaurant. Chicken kabob, hummus, Brie, lamb, all excellent!!
By far the best gyro I’ve had, not only in the greater Denver area, but possibly anywhere in the U.S. Everything we tried was top-notch, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. I’ll definitely be a regular from now on. Huge compliments to the chef. Absolutely outstanding! 🤌
We’ve been wanting to try Red Cedar Bistro for a while and finally did! Talk about excellent. Service was great, food was spectacular and ambience is beautiful. We did shared plates of the green chile hummus, falafels, chicken kebob and the Spanish potatoes. Everything was excellent! The owner, Sandy, stopped by our table and it was a pleasure to chat with her. The menu is varied with Mediterranean, Spanish & Italian dishes. We cannot wait to come back!
