Red Cedar Bistro is one of those places that's hidden in plain sight. Right on Main Street in the midst of the hustle and bustle, yet somehow I didn't know it existed until fairly recently. I've now been 2x (lunch & dinner), and it did not disappoint. Farm to table, made from scratch, reasonably priced for the quality & quantity, and a nice variety of dishes....The food is delicious! Highly recommend!
The food can best be described as amazing! I had the Santerello pasta Plenty of mushrooms in a divine cream sauce. She had the Sweat Pea Pesto which is a fabulous variation on traditional pesto. I didn't take pictures because we dived right in. The house red wine was excellent. Dessert was the real prize.
