This shop was never the best, but was way better when the male nail techs worked. I came into town visiting family for a week and stopped for a refill on a Saturday. By Saturday evening, my nails began detaching from the refill set. I spent Sunday attempting to call the shop with no answer. When I finally got in touch with them, I let the worker know that I was very unhappy with the service and did not want them to do anything else to my nails. Found this place my nails and toes look amazing!!! Great service for me and my mawmaw we will be coming back !!
Today I was over charged at this nail shop when I been going to them since 2018, well they lost a great customer over charging ppl when I never paid that much just for gal on my feet and hand's, price always was the same!!! Now I see why yall can't keep no employees now!!! And always have someone new!!! I will never come back... going back to marrero,westwego!!! Where I know I will be goodt!!! Shame on yall red carpet!!!!
I will not be back! Went in for a coffin shape I tend to stay away from this shape because not many people can get it right. And of course I was disappointed & ended up having them just make it square due to the shape being very sloppy. In the end I just popped off my nails and went to another salon. Waste of $42! Then they had the nerve to charge me for a cut down even though they couldn't do a simple coffin shape
