I stayed here with my school for 'Generations in Jazz' and Oh my word it was amazing. From the moment we arrived, I could tell that it would be a great weekend, all the rooms were cleaned, our shower was nice and warm and the atmosphere was exciting with lots of staff happy and friendly. Our experience felt professional through red carpets fantastic lobby and pool, which was very fun to relax in after a long and wet day down at the festival. Disappointing. Tired accommodation. Poor unfriendly customer service. We booked online at the Hently based on the photos online, however they put us into the Red-Carpet motel next door. False advertising. Would not stay here or recommend it.
We had booked in through booking.com to the Henty and email say the Henty we had booked. On arrival we were told it was under new management and we would now be staying at the Red Carpet Motel. Very disappointing.
Photo says it all, nothing like having 35 flies on the window sill of your room.
