This is NOT a 3 star motel, it is 2 stars at best. Our room key struggled to open the door, not all the room lights worked so we were stuck in part dark. Of the air conditioning one was stuck on 30°, too hot, one had a very bright display, so leaving it on to sleep would mean not having dark. The bathroom was not clean, with brown gunk running down the door jam and white stuff all over the shower handle area. We had a twin room, both beds were seriously uncomfortable. I stayed here with my school for 'Generations in Jazz' and Oh my word it was amazing. From the moment we arrived, I could tell that it would be a great weekend, all the rooms were cleaned, our shower was nice and warm and the atmosphere was exciting with lots of staff happy and friendly. Our experience felt professional through red carpets fantastic lobby and pool, which was very fun to relax in after a long and wet day down at the festival. Disappointing. Tired accommodation. Poor unfriendly customer service. We booked online at the Hently based on the photos online, however they put us into the Red-Carpet motel next door. False advertising. Would not stay here or recommend it.

We had booked in through booking.com to the Henty and email say the Henty we had booked. On arrival we were told it was under new management and we would now be staying at the Red Carpet Motel. Very disappointing.
