I travel for work so a cheaper route is always 1st option. I read the reviews of this motel and was hesitant but gave them a shot being I stayed in some sketchy places. After driving 12hrs straight I booked this room and my AC didn’t work at all and my shower was ICE dang cold! I mentioned this to the owners and also the lady that clean the room and they tell me for a hot shower I’d have to run the sink 1st then try the shower. Didn’t work! This hotel I am going to give a five-star review to. The beautiful lady at the front desk was so nice to me and made my stay so pleasant. Every time I come to oskaloosa Iowa I will be going to this hotel right here. Thank you again for the great service
The room where clean and the housekeeper was very sweet she and she moved very fast to make sure that we were taken care of Even her son helped me out She reassured us. The place was safe. The other people that he had working for him made me feel nervous
