Very professional service My daughter was married this past May and The Red Carpet provided the most beautiful flowers. Everyone was so impressed by the elegance that the flowers provided. I would recommend this flower shop to all my friends for any special event in their lives.
Got a Beautiful Bouquet for our anniversary! I walked in one morning and got great service. I just asked for flowers that would look good in a blue vase. Our wedding flowers were all in blue vases so I wanted to have that memory going. The arrangement that was presented to me when I came back was more than I expected. I got a beautiful blue, purple, and white arrangement. It was only $30 and lasted at least a week. This is a great local florist. PROS: Great location, good selection, good prices CONS: can't think of one
Unbelievably poor service. Failed to deliver or call on a Mothers Day order for my wife placed directly from Chicago by her son earlier in the week, arriving instead late Monday after I lodged a complaint with an innocent employee that morning ... a very nice bouquet crowned with an impersonal, mis-spelled, computer-printed card: no apology, no compensation offer, still no contact from management. If you value indifferent, sloppy, uncaring service, look no further.
