They were absolutely great!! I got two bedrooms done and they look AMAZING now!! I had spills and pet stains and they are no longer there thanks to this company! The two gentleman who did the rooms were very kind and easy to work with even during the winter cold! Their equipment froze up but they were quick to fix that problem right before doing my carpets! Communication was great! Amber is currently doing my carpets and she is extremely professional, even with a delay in arrival that was not her fault. I am extremely pleased with the customer service alone!
Fabulous job! The carpet cleaning got all of the stains out and the carpet looks wayyy better. Also, they worked with me flexibly to get proof of the cleaning in the format requested by my apartment complex that required professional carpet cleaning before move out. Also, various ways to pay!
