Excellent facility for PT
I have to give a one start not for the physical therapist but for the person at the front desk and a technician.. Yesterday I took my dad for his 2nd session of therapy we walk in and the girl at the front desk wouldn't even turn around from her computer to acknowledge us let alone to greet us.. I asked should we go to the waiting room ? Still not turning she replies no go to the back to the therapist..mind you we are not seeing the same therapist as the first session so we have no clue who we are seeing.so I asked where?
