So this has been a 2 year problem that aour lawn maintenance guy finally said we have to do over. We hired RedBud to redo our landscaping in the front yard. We had lava rocks down. We learned shortly after the job was finished that they did not pull up the previous ground covering but put weedmat on top then dropped a little soil over and put jasmine on top.
