October 2025, our RBI Stretcher Line (M0845) was experiencing stretching pressure and speed issues, preventing us from processing 1/2" x 48" carbon steel coil product. RBI on-call technician responded to my after hours (0645 ETZ, [0545 CTZ for RBI]) trouble call as he was on his way to work from home.
