My dog stopped eating. $1000 of tests and no explanation. I got her to eat briefly with Entyce but I had to suggest it, the vet didn't. Very disappointing experience and I wonder if I had taken her elsewhere, she might have survived. Asked for a complete accounting for the $1000 and they ignore me. Vet who put her down asked if they checked her for Cushings. They don't respond about that either
Dr. Rad is the best. My dog looks forward to seeing him every time we visit. He's through and explains things to me in a logical way. I've recommended this clinic to all of our friends.
The woman at the front desk is very cranky! She is not a nice person at all! She made my experience very negative!
