Pizza was pretty good but service is horrible. Ordered our pizza togo and was told it would take 15-20 minutes. Wrong, it took an hour, just left the park, it was hot, humid and we we just wanted to get our pizza to go home. At an hour wait, went to the front to speak with someone, looked like 2 managers walk by and not one acknowledged me, workers were standing around laughing in the back, workers were leaving with their own pizzas. We enjoyed a basic cheese pizza and arugula and prosciutto pizza. Both were big and very tasty. The view was entertaining and staff was nice. I would recommend.
I think I've given Red Oven enough chances. When they're good, pizza is very tasty. But far too often, this is how pizza comes out. Overcooked, barely any sauce, and cheese burnt. Maybe if they add a "cook lite" option we'll go back.
