I don’t understand. This used to be my favorite place. However, the amount of times that they’ve got my order wrong is ridiculous. For multiple different things and multiple times now to the point that I am finally forced to leave a review. The food is good, don’t get me wrong, but this has happened way too many times it’s unprofessional. They really need to add themselves to DoorDash or Uber Eats to avoid these mistakes all made over the phone.
I was there a few nights ago. After finishing an exhausting eight-hour shift I swung by to get some proper food in my stomach. I walk in, expecting to be greeted by the hostess and to my unpleasant surprise she was nose deep in her cellphone. Unbelievable. I think I stood there for about five minutes until this lovely blonde gentleman took it upon himself to seat me himself.
