My husband bought sunflowers for me and was told they would bloom the next day. After a week, they were dying without ever opening. When he tried to get his money back, he was told several lies about the "return policy": we not do returns, returns are only made within the first two days, etc. Then she only gave him 50% of his refund because supposedly the vase was $5 and the accompanying foliage-crap bloomed (when actually it stayed in the condition it was in when purchased).
